iConnect now offers number portability so that when you change your phone service you won’t have to give up your phone number. Just sign up and we'll take you through the easy steps to start the transfer process. Remember, you can always transfer your number later if you want to try out your new service first.

How to transfer your number

After you've successfully registered for service, you will have the option to transfer your existing phone number to your iConnect account. The verification process normally takes 4 working days.

The transfer process can only be initiated after a user has been successfully registered for phone service. Please note that you are responsible for any fees from your current provider associated with your number transfer.

Once the number is confirmed as transferable, we'll take you through the simple steps of authorizing us to transfer the number from your old provider on your behalf.

You do not need to contact your current phone provider to cancel your service.   The transfer process may take longer than 3 weeks. During this time please do not make any changes to your current phone service- this may delay the transfer process. While the transfer is taking place you'll be able to use your new service and all the great features with the temporary number provided during sign up. Once transfer is complete we'll notify you by email.

There are certain situations in which numbers can't be transferred, however we are doing our utmost to expand this service and expect to support all telephone numbers in the near future
