This feature allows the user to set up multiple numbers (home, work, mobile) and have inbound calls routed in a particular sequence.
Allows you to manage your contact list, edit incoming Call Log names and assign Speed Dial codes all from your My Account portal.
Allows the user the option to block calls from specified numbers. You can either forward the call directly to voicemail, or set it so that the calling party hears a busy signal when calling.
Allows the user to place the caller on hold, then resume the call at a later time.
Using the My Account portal, this allows a customer to view their call history for the last 30 days or download a detailed report of a specific time period.
This feature plays hold music whenever you place someone on hold. This makes it so that the party knows they are on hold, and do not have worries or concerns about whether or not their call has been dropped.
When enabled, this feature will forward all calls to voicemail.
Allows callers to leave you a message if you have missed or screened their call.
Allows the user to view and listen to their voicemails via the My Account portal. It's just like looking at your email!
You can have up to 20 Speed Dials programmed for easy access on your Phone Power phone. Just use the Star Code listed and your phone will automatically dial the person you have assigned that code to.

Never change your number again. Phone Power allows you to take your number with you, no matter where you move.
Upon request, Phone Power can assign you a number that is outside your normal calling zone. For example, you can have a New York number in Los Angeles. This will allow callers to contact you with a local call, even if you are tens or thousands of miles away.
When viewing calls inside the My Account portal, the user clicks on any number to immediately dial that party. The Phone Power switch will call your VoIP phone, then connect to the other party.
Similar to Click2Call, the user enters both numbers inside the My Account portal and clicks "Connect". Both numbers are dialed and the call is connected.
This feature allows you to configure and manage many aspects of your service: view bills and payments, recent calls in and out, configure voicemail to e-mail options, Remote Click2Call and much more.

All accounts come with international dialing enabled by default. No access codes are required to dial internationally.
This allows a user to see the number that is calling, and makes screening calls a breeze.
This allows a customer to receive a call while already on one. If you are on a call, you will get a notification via a beep that another person is calling. You can then switch back and forth between calls. This helps avoid people getting a busy signal when calling your Phone Power telephone number.
This works in the same manner as regular Caller ID, but lets you know who the second calling party is, so that you can know ahead of time before switching calls.
This feature enables you to hold a call with multiple parties.
Allows the user to forward all calls placed to the Phone Power number to another number of their choosing.
